New Solid Session app for iPhone and iPad

This version of Solid Session is intended for use by property management agencies that have at least 50 properties under management. The app allows the user to do property inspections of each room and item in a house and keep track of that data for home owners and tenants.

Features include:

- Room by room documentation of repairs and ok items.
- The ability to capture a photo of the condition of each item
- User can edit, delete or add additional residential spaces and items not present in the default layout.
- The app allows you to collect and maintain appliance warranty and serial numbers for repair needs by your favorite vendors.
- inspection reports can be created in PDF and emailed to owners, tenants and vendors to keep communication transparent.
-The look and feel of Solid Session has been completely redesigned based on best practices and user comments from the earlier versions of Solid Session.
-A patch related to the in app camera function was modified to allow hi rez.
-High resolution photos are now successfully synced
-Allows user to save and copy entire inspections from any property
-User has the option to order work orders in real-time with their favorite vendors
-Inspections are now fully customizable for the user. This includes adding and deleting unique items that can be stored and later retrieved for other property inspections.
